Function Introduction
The slider type pressure block mechanism allows for quick and convenient installation and removal of hoses.
◆ Adjustable pressure tube gap design, able to adapt to fluctuations in pump tube wall thickness, prevent dripping and overpressure, and also adjust discharge pressure.
◆ Can be installed in straight lines, U-shaped pipes, and supports mixed U-shaped and straight pipe installation. Satisfy multiple purposes.
◆ Compatible with DC, planetary, brushless, and stepper motors. The pump head is designed to be directly connected to the motor shaft, with a compact appearance.
Multiple types of connectors are available: straight through, right angle, variable diameter, extended, and other connectors.
◆ Can accommodate three types of pump tubes: 24 #, 35 #, and 36 #, with a flow rate of up to 2185ml/min.
The pressure roller adopts a 3-roller structure, and the rollers are processed by CNC to meet the requirements of smooth fluid transportation, small pulse fluctuations, and ensure transportation accuracy.
